Focused one-on-one coaching on goals, intentions, and practical tools for transformation. 

The Arc container is helpful for giving us structure and keeping us focused and on track with your goals.

Tools We Use: Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, attachment and trauma-informed exercises, nervous system regulation, practice exercises to create safety in your body.

Individual Session 

A single session for targeted support, exploring a specific goal, challenge, or question. We can clarify intentions, introduce tools, and check in on what’s helpful in the moment.

Focused Arc: 4-6 Sessions
Goal-oriented support. Clarify intentions, explore parts of yourself using IFS, and practice tools for emotional regulation. We adjust the work as we go so it fits your pace. 

Clearer understanding of your bodies response to things. Tools to help you continue to process.

Following trail heads to the root of a challenge. To identify the path of healing. Or your individual needs.

6 sessions: allows for more context and implementation.

Working with what is most alive within a person.

Custom Arc: Designed With You in Mind
If your goals or needs don’t fit neatly into the other arcs, we co-create a plan using IFS and supportive tools. The arc evolves with you, keeping the work meaningful and responsive.
