Psilocybin therapy

While many people search for and refer to this work as “psilocybin therapy,” I feel it’s better described as psilocybin facilitation with therapeutic support.
Preparation and integration sessions include deeper therapeutic exploration, intention setting, nervous system support, and meaning-making. During the psilocybin experience itself, the focus is less on analysis and more on creating a safe, attentive space for your own inner experience and wisdom to unfold naturally.

These sessions create a safe, intentional space to explore your inner world with psilocybin. People are often drawn to this work when something feels stuck, unclear, or ready to shift.

Clients often gain new perspectives, experience emotional release, or reconnect with parts of themselves that may have been hard to access. Common things I hear afterward are greater clarity, less anxiety, more presence and ease in daily life, increased self-compassion, and a deeper sense of connection.

There is also an aspect of this work that can be difficult to put into words, a deep sense of connection and belonging that can feel both unfamiliar and deeply remembered.

Together, we prepare for the experience, support you during the journey, and integrate what emerges, whether clear, complex, or unexpected, so it can lead to meaningful, lasting shifts.
