hi, i’m chelsea
Level 2 Internal Family Systems Trained Therapeutic Coach, State Registered Psylocibin Facilitator, and Registered NurseI was born and raised in Alaska and work as a nurse and therapeutic coach specializing in state-licensed psychedelic support.
I work with people who often feel out of step with the world, like there’s a rulebook everyone else seems to know, one that was never handed to them. Many are navigating complex trauma, grief, identity shifts, burnout (including neurodivergent burnout), or moral injury, and may carry the quiet inner knowing that something needs to shift. My clients are curious, introspective, and ready to engage in deep, meaningful work, but they want to feel safe while doing it.
I work in a deeply relational, body-based way, using IFS, somatic therapy, and attachment-informed practices, to guide the process. Together, we create the safety, clarity, and support your nervous system needs so that stuck patterns can release, inner guidance can emerge, and healing can unfold naturally.
Your Next Step Starts Here
